Forward - Born in the Portugese colony of Angola, José Pinto de Carvalho Santos Águas was an important member of the great Benfica team that won the European cup twice in the early 1960's. Ossie Ardiles (Player 1973-1990)
Midfielder - Osvaldo Ardiles joined Tottenham Hotspur after he won the 1978 World Cup.
