Grzegorz Lato (Player 1968-1984)
Grzegorz Lato Forward - Grzegorz Lato was a pacy and productive winger from the golden age of Polish football. The most capped player of his country, he helped Poland reach third place at the World Cup in 1974, with Lato crowned tournament top scorer, and 1982. He guided his club, Stal Mielec, to two Polish titles.

Michael Laudrup (Player 1981-1998)
Michael Laudrup Midfielder - Voted best Danish footballer of all time, Michael Laudrup shot to fame as the young star of the great Danish national team of the mid 1980's. Laudrup won the European Cup with Barcelona In 1992, but missed Denmark's Euro '92 victory due to a conflict with the Danish national manager.

Denis Law (Player 1956-1974)
Denis Law Forward - Denis Law was a key member of the great Man United team of the 1960's. The King was voted European Footballer of the Year in 1964. Ironically, playing for Manchester City, United's second highest ever goalscorer (171 goals) was also the man that scored the goal that sealed their relegation in 1974.

Nils Liedholm (Player 1943-1961)
Forward - Nils Liedholm was part of a trio of Swedish strikers, along with Gunnar Nordahl and Gunnar Gren, that, in 1951, brought AC Milan it's first championship for over 40 years. With Sweden he won the 1948 Olympics and reached the final of the 1958 World Cup. Liedholm was also a successful manager.

Gary Lineker (Player 1979-1994)
Gary Lineker Forward - The best English striker of the eighties, Gary Lineker was the 1986 World Cup top scorer. Surprisingly, his club career was light on silverware, with a top flight league championship eluding the tree times English top scorer. Lineker was never shown a single red or yellow card during his lengthy career.

Nat Lofthouse (Player 1941-1961)
Nat Lofthouse Forward - Nat Lofthouse was a productive striker known for his powerful shot. He played for Bolton Wanderers during his entire career, winning the FA Cup in 1958. Lofthouse won a total of 33 caps for England in which he scored no less than 30 goals. He was named English Footballer of the Year in 1953.
