Arie Haan (Player 1970-1984)
Arie Haan Midfielder - Arie Haan was known for the devastating shot he packed in his right-leg. The most successful Dutch player of all time, the list of trophies he won includes three European Cups with Ajax and two Cup Winners Cups with Anderlecht. Haan reached the World Cup final with Holland in 1974 and 1978.

Gheorghe Hagi (Player 1982-2001)
Gheorghe Hagi Midfielder - Gheorghe Hagi led Romania to the quarter-finals of the 1994 World Cup. The Maradona of the Carpathians was known for his accurate passsing. Hagi had little success playing in Spain and Italy, but the left-footed playmaker earned plenty of silverware with Steaua Bucharest and Galatasaray.

Gerhard Hanappi (Player 1947-1965)
Gerhard Hanappi Midfielder - Superbly versatile, Gerhard Hanappi was viewed by contemporaries as the best Austrian footballer since Matthias Sindelar. The diminutive all-rounder helped his country reach third place at the 1954 World Cup. Hanappi won the Austrian league with his club Rapid Vienna on seven occasions.

Paul van Himst (Player 1959-1977)
Paul van Himst Forward - Paul van Himst is widely recognised as Belgium's greatest ever footballer. Once described by French newspaper L'Equipe as Le Pelé Blanc, he was known for his inimitable dribbling and his excellent technique. Van Himst was one of the players to appear in the movie Escape to Victory.

Geoff Hurst (Player 1959-1976)
Geoff Hurst Forward - The young West Ham striker Geoff Hurst had only collected a handful of caps, when he won England the 1966 World Cup by scoring three goals in the final against West Germany. It was all the more remarkable considering the fact that Hurst had started the tournament as a reserve.

Glenn Hysén (Player 1978-1994)
Glenn Hysen Defender - Glenn Hysén was a mainstay of the Swedish national team throughout the 1980's and captained his country during the 1990 World Cup. A tough and composed defender, he won the UEFA Cup with IFK Gothenburg twice. During his time with Liverpool, Hysén won the league and the Charity Shield.
