Eric Cantona Forward - The epitome of Gallic swagger, Eric Cantona was a key figure in Manchester United's revival in the 1990's. And to think he had almost retired from football in 1991, disgusted by a lengthy suspension by the French FA. Cantona famously dealt out some karate-style justice to a foul mouthed fan In 1995.

Jan Ceulemans (Player 1974-1992)
Jan Ceulemans Forward - Jan Ceulemans may not have been an elegant player, but his tremendous drive and determination made him an icon of Belgian football in the Eighties. Winning a record number of 96 caps for Belgium, Ceulemans helped his country reach the final of Euro 1980 and the semi final of the 1986 World Cup.

John Charles Forward - Tall and physically strong, John Charles got his start as a centre half, but was soon moved to centre forward. The Gentle Giant was most successful with Juventus, winning the Serie A three times and the Italian cup twice. In 1958 Charles guided Wales to the quarterfinals of the World Cup.

Bobby Charlton (Player 1956-1976)
Bobby Charlton Midfielder - Bobby Charlton, one of the famous Busby Babes and a survivor of the 1958 Munich air disaster that cost a number of the members of that young Manchester United team their lives, was the star player of the 1966 English World Cup winning squad. That year he was named European Footballer of the Year.

Johan Cruyff (Player 1964-1984)
Johan Cruyff Forward - Johan Cruyff was the star of the exciting 1974 Dutch 'Total Football' World Cup squad and the Ajax team that won a hat-trick of European Cups in the early Seventies. Three times European Footballer of the Year, he was by far the best European player of his generation, and probably of all time.

Zoltan Czibor Forward - Zoltán Czibor was the outside left of the superb Hungarian national team of the early 1950's. He was known for his dribbling and his accurate crossing, but also possessed a powerful shot. Following the 1956 Soviet invasion of Hungary, Czibor and Honved teammate Sándor Kocsis joined Barcelona.
